Rooms are allocated by the Sorting Out team a week before the conference. Your building and bed number arrive by email and appear on your check-in code.

We send one reminder a week before the balance is due, and you settle it the same two ways you are paying today. Your bed is held as long as the balance lands before {{ ev.balanceDue }}.

What happens next

Pressing pay opens the secure Paystack window, where you finish with your bank card, a bank account or USSD. We never see or hold your card details.
